This is the formal retirement ceremony. Presided over by Lieutenant General Heath Collins, Director of the Missile Defense Agency.
Please be in place 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
Additionally, if you need to pick up a visitor pass and didn’t do it on Thursday, I’ll have team members standing by to escort you through the visitor’s center an hour before and an hour after this ceremony.
Dress: Uniform of the Day for Military members who are not part of the ceremony. This is an indoor ceremony, so covers are not required. Smart casual for Civilians (no flip flops or shorts, please)
