Today I’m sharing with you three of my favorite yogurt parfait recipes. These recipes are seasonal and easy to make. Of course, you are welcome to substitute any ingredient to your diet preference. I usually opt for toasted coconut flakes or cacao nibs when avoiding carbs. You can also add some chia seeds and oats for an overnight recipe. Packed with so much flavor and health benefits, you will never skip breakfast again!

Easy Yogurt Recipes

PINA COLADA

 
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of fresh or canned pineapple
  • Chia or pumpkin seeds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Drizzle of honey

 

Pineapple is a tropical fruit loaded with bromelain, an enzyme that aids in digestion and reduces inflammation. Additionally, its high vitamin C content supports a robust immune system and its manganese content contributes to bone health.
